| We have just bid the last day of summer goodbye and as the cooler weather of Autumn/Fall approaches I thought it an opportune time to reflect on our season thus far.. | |
|

| Due to the explosion of mice numbers the trout in our region have had some "extra" food to munch on – the result we've had some absolute monster trout caught ! | |
| Joe from Michigan fished at ORL with 4 of his friends. He had the fishing experience of a lifetime landing numerous brown trout – 3 of them weighing in at 10, 11.25 & 11.75 pounds | |

| Californian resident Don
stayed with us in January. Don, a relationship councillor quickly gave
up on giving Felix relationship advice and went fishing. |

| Justice Antonin Scalia of
the United States Supreme Court stayed and fished with us in February.
Justice Scalia landed a couple of our big browns – the biggest being
5.5lb. Here he is (second from the left) with the Hon Ronald Cass,
Jeffrey Golden, Glenn Hendrix & Mike Burke. |

from the UK had what could only be described as a monster time at ORL
when he landed 9 browns over his 3 days fishing with us. Here he is
with 2 of his catches – 9.5 & 11.75 lb !! |

| Robert Tomes, fly fishing author and holder of several fly fishing world records came and stayed for several nights with a group of his friends. Here he is meeting a new friend – 8lb of wild brown trout ! | |
